Considering what they've been able to come up with on the 5-door hatch, the coupes are no doubt a great platform for mods.

The 10 spoke wheels with the BBK are a nice touch.

I hope Volk has fitments for the RE30 with the 1. It's pretty light. Does anyone have any pictures of this wheel on a 3 series?

Nice wheel.... it would be on my list for sure.
There are definitely fitments for RE30, keeping in mind it's available in 17 & 18" not 19"

That's good to hear. I found some pics of the RE30's installed on E90post. They do look a tad small on the 3 series, but I have high hopes that they will look great on the 1, even if limited to 18 inch only. Besides, I'm more of a "go" guy than a "show" guy. It'll probably be between these and the diamond black RG-R's since I'm looking for a forged monoblock. I never really got into the polished lip of the fancier wheels. :iono:

The progressive ME's look great on your Z. What are the wheel/tire specs?

Me too... weight has always beem a key factor as well.

The progressiv ME specs on my M Roady are;
Fronts = 19x8.5 ET35 with 245/35 PS2
Rear = 19x9.5 ET22 with 275/30 PS2

The RE30 is really high on my list this time...
I might get a custom colour from Rays, depending on final car colour choice.

Too bad Volk Racing doesn't offer these wheels in 18's...If they did, they would be my first pick...

Very nice and clean.

Do these come in a darker finish?

Yes, yes they do. But I don't think the Anthracite is available yet.

that D-force5 anthracite is freaking perfect. although its a bit too close to the stocker to really be worth it.

i think flat black wheels do hide the wheel detail but that anthracite/gunmetal anything along those lines is just perfect for almost any car on any color. polished lips always seem to stick out so much IMO.. a lot of it really is going to depend on what will actually fit.

Nice! Where do you think the BMW center caps came from in that other photo? I mean... how'd they get ones to fit these wheels?

I think the "non-polished" would look better - or one of the matte Bronze's that are out there.

I know it is a few pages back, but I agree about the black rims. You really do lose the detail, and it kind of makes any rim look like something for a SRT-4 from Pep Boys. Some DO work - a lot don't.

The Darker grey colors give a similar feel, but show more of the rim. I LOVE some of those matte grey ones like the DPEs - but too many beans for me!

5 pages and no one brings up LMs? I suppose the winds of change are blowing.
