Procedure to update firmware on JB4

I searched update firmware on jb4 and couldn't get a clear picture of how to do it. I have jb4 app on my tablet. How do I go about doing this?

If you have the JB4 Bluetooth Connect, you can use your phone/tablet to download the firmware within your app, and it will automatically detect and install. Just make sure you have the car running or have a charger.

Yea but I think I have to remove some resistors or something? I have jb4 g5 board and when I look at my firmware version on the app it says 28/02/2? I just don't want to mess up myjb4! I also want to do the backend flash with MHD.
