New 1 series owner
Love the newer 1er. Bought myself a 2009 135i with M package, Navigation, Boston black leather, sadly didn't come with bluetooth package though? Can that be added or upgraded??

I do think because I don't have the comfort package that has something to do with it?

Looks like you might have some extra tinting on the windows as well...?
Currently Bluetooth is part of the Premium package, or it can be purchased separately. Either way it comes with BMW Assist (the SOS button). Perhaps in 2009 it was not part of the Premium package yet. It's an interesting feature, and the phone functions are nicely integrated, but I wouldn't buy/not-buy the car over that.

Pretty car by the way. Just got a 128i for my wife in the same color. EDIT: Assist has to be activated by the dealer. If you have an SOS button, you likely have BT.

There is extensive information, exclusively a thread on the 3-series forums that explains Bluetooth retrofit. My car does not have it from factory, and I had already purchased all components to make it happen, but then I ended up putting a downpayment on my 1M (which I'm currently awaiting) and I just sold the retrofit parts to another member a couple of days ago.

Since this pic was taken I have added smoke side markers and a smoke tint on the rear clear portion of the tail lights and a smoke tint on the amber turn signals. Pics to follow.

New pics of the 2009 135i with smoke tinted lights
These were taken today...I replaced the clear side marker lights with smoke tinted side markers from DDM Tuning, great website! also put some smoke tinted film on the rear clear portions of the turn signals and smoked the amber front turn signals as well.

Also added dark silver BMW emblem decals from Bavarianautosport.com to the tire center caps, trunk and hood emblems and the steering wheel emblem as well!

Anyone know how to delete the cars from your "GARAGE" ? I tried uploading photos and they didn't upload for some reason. New to this Forum stuff.....

are you sure this is the M-sport package not the Sport package? you have the sport package wheels... do you have the anthracite headliner and ///M badges on the door sills?

I thought I did? The car has the M steering wheel, the M shift knob and grey headliner. No M doorsills. What else is different with the two? mv

So ya thats is the normal sport package not M sport. Different wheels and black headliner as well as the M door slits. Anyways very nice... Welcome!

Yup, you have the sport package. Difference is purely cosmetic (wheels, black headliner and ///M door sills). Really stupid for the 135 if you ask me. That's why at least when I bought mine MSRP for the M-Sport was only $200 more than the Sport package.
