My 2013 128i

So I usually do build threads for all of my cars. I did one for my civic but this isn’t really a build. I sold my r56 mini and picked up a 2013 128i from a local dealer for 9k. It was super clean with only 72k miles.

I’ll add things I’ve done to it as I go along

First thing I had to do was lower it and upgrade the brakes.

Ordered my sLek designs front lip and had it installed. Sent my BBS LM’s off to get powder coated in top secret gold. Waiting on tires and thinking about tinting the windows.

Where'd you find those brakes? I thought they were close to unobtanium by now.

I work for BMW. We searched the country and there’s a few left still. Sometimes ECS can source them too

Is it an M sport ? If so $9k?? that's unheard of. Guess working for BMW must have helped.
I paid $16k for 74k miles M sport and that was the best for the condition. 1 owner, BMW serviced it's whole life.
Nice job so far, I actually was wondering what it would look like with gold wheels yesterday and I read this today! LOL

You are correct. I bought it for what we traded for. It was 1 owner full service history little old lady owned etc. we were going to recon it and sell it for 14,999

So I figured with the upgrades I’ll still be in under market if I ever wanted to sell it.

Gold wheels should be on today. But they’re all assembled.

Sold the LM’s and picked up a different set of BBS

THE RI-A in gold. They are 18x9.5 +50 and 18x8.5 +45

I’m curious is to what size tires I should run
