Swinging by almost 2 months later...I wasn't joking when I said your wheels were (and still are) overpriced...I've purchased/sold plenty of forged 3-piece sets of wheels.

I wish you better luck!

Honestly - I kinda agree. The seller has a sweet set of wheels, but resale (especially in the last few years) has just been in the toilet on this caliber of wheel. However, these wheels are exactly what I'm looking for so am bummed. I was back and forth with an e92 guy who has a 3pc set of DPE forged for $1500 (not as new as these, but you get my point...)... unfortunately there is no way i can get those to fit.

The right price to ask for these wheels including tires is between $2500-2800 and to make a definite sale it should include shipping already. I'm willing to bet that's what they will eventually sell for unless the seller decides to keep them because he can't get what he's asking.

I understand you think they should be cheaper but you are still basing this on your earlier assumption that these wheels are 3-4k new which is not the case. As I said before, anyone may verify the cost with DPE.

Actually I'm not making an assumption. I am sure I could call DPE and they would tell me that their wheels are worth $10k for whichever reason they would like to come up with. The point I'm making is that even new, they are overpriced to begin with. DPE does not make a better wheel than iForged, or HRE, or Kinesis, blah blah blah. They are all built with the same technology/process, and they set a price based on whatever story they can feed their customers.

Either way, nice looking wheels.

I'd like to buy these, but I still have my wheels. If I can get enough for them i'd buy.

I am not sure where you get them. Just check here.
http://www.stealthauto.com/Products/...EELS-SP10.aspx
SP10 full set for 8k? if that's what you paid, you got scammed pretty big.
As others mentioned, DPE wheels are around 4k retail with regular finish.
If you are really motivated to sell them, you should know that.

also, the pricing in that link is the base price. by the time you add custom finish, sizing, and upgraded center caps they are more.

As I said...these wheels will go when you price them at around $2500-2800 shipped...either that, or you may have to end up keeping them. Just my wisdom with wheels.

So you had one set of 3 piece wheels from a different brand on a completely different car, which since we are all throwing opinions out were no where near as nice and look like a typical cast wheel, and you have enough wisdom on wheels to repeatedly crap on this guys for sale thread. First of all there are different levels of 3 piece wheels, even DPE has 4-5 different series, and this is one of the more expensive. Secondly his listed retail price is not too far off; he is not saying that is what they sell for or what he wants for them. 3500 for wheels, tires and TPMS is a fair price. I sold my HRE one piece forged wheels 19" for 3400 without tires or TPMS; it just takes waiting for the right buyer. Finally if you have no intention on buying you should move on, he could list these wheels for 10 grand if he wants, if they don’t sell they don’t sell and it is on him to figure out the right price.

Awww you are so awesome. I'm not going to waste my time with you, but if you read anything I've posted in detail, then you would know I've owned multiple sets of forged whees from different manufacturers, and those images were examples of the last set. I was just giving the guy advice because obviously, they haven't sold! Also, it appears to be that I'm not the only one who thinks they are overpriced....annnnd I'm done wasting my time replying to your nonsense. Nice try on showing how brave you are around these threads

Actually if you read what you posted in detail you told him he should sell them for 3000-3500, and now that he is asking 3500(shipped for a complete package) you are saying he should sell them for 2500-2800. So to me it seem like you just want to shit on his sale, and get some attention, not like the huge pictures of your wheels and unrelated car did not show that.

$3500 for the wheels, a good set of tires, TPMS and shipping is a good deal for someone who actually in the market for a package like this, I think we should all leave it alone.

Buddy I know exactly what I typed, and I suggested the $3500 range so that he could get closer to reasonable numbers. I had a similarly expensive set of wheels a few years back and was unable to get more than $2500 for them, tires and tpms included. By the way I'm not fishing for any attention, and much less with pictures of a car that I used to own 3 cars ago.

I find it ironic that you would suggest for me not to post if I won't buy...shouldn't you follow your own type suggestion and ignore my advice to the OP if you don't like it?

Honestly I'm stepping off this thread, because truly, you have come in to troll it and I don't think anyone appreciates it. I was just offering my advice - which again if you didn't like it, it wasn't intended for you anyways.

Im not your buddy pal, and you are right its none of my business, so I ignored you first 5 posts in this thread, and the seller did to which I think says a lot about him. Sorry if me saying it is a fair price and your posts are unnessacary is what you consider trolling.

Lol you continue to fail at the simple act of reading - OP actually communicated with me when I offered my advice. Not sure how that classifies as being "ignored"? you saying that it is a fair price is as valid as me saying it was on the high side. Your opinion does not matter more than anyone else's (and to me it doesn't matter at all). I am quite sure I have a few valid things to say about selling used wheels, because I've been there quite a few times - if you don't care, don't read it. All right dude, this is getting old. Go on and play brave with someone else...I've wasted too much of my time on you.

I love how you keep saying I am being "brave" for not agreeing with you like a typical tough guy, I am actually just entertained how many times you will type out a full paragraph and then say you are not going to waste your time on me, so I await your response.
