I must be blind, all I can see different is a lighted eye brow.

Love how one pic (in the tunnel) shows white LED AE's and the other pics show regular yellow halogen AE's.

Did anyone else notice they made the gearing taller for better fuel economy and less performance... They did not need to change the gear ratios IMO.

The tunnel pic looks photoshopped. I don't think this ever had LED AE's..

So when will the 2012 start production? The press release says Spring but that could be anywhere between March and June? When did the MY 2011's come out last year? March?

I'm planning an ED in early April with the M sport package and I don't really like these new wheels for the M sport so I'm hoping it'll be after that.

Should be yellow...only the tail lights are LED I think.

this "air curtain" feature truly amazes me! Form and function at its best-i am absolutely sure they will have this in the F30,i cant wait to see it!

The gear ratios seem to be consistent with the n55 gear ratios on bmw's website for the 2011 135 DCT and manual. I am not sure what the ratios were on the n54. This could just be the n55 gearing. I am also, however, drunk right now.

They really cheaped out on the 1er...No LED angel eyes, no LED brake lights, no LED turn signals (front or rear)...

My order was updated two weeks ago saying it will be delayed because I am getting the 'newer' production model. The order originally was meant to arrive mid February so it would be considered 2011. But then they said they had to delay it and said I was getting a facelift-ed model arriving in late March. Would this mean I am getting this updated LCI?

I never really got the years, my car will be bought in 2011 but will it be the 2012 1 series?

Someone in marketing screwed that one up IMO.

Otherwise the facelift looks decent.
