Wasn't there a certain amount of obstruction surrounding the actual collusion? Forgive me, but I recall there were 10 counts of obstruction that were provable if a sitting president could be indicted, which the Special Prosecutor was unwilling to do because of his belief in the theory that a sitting president could not be indicted while in office.

Mueller & team elected not to make a call on whether or not a sitting president could be indicted. That's not the same as believing one way or the other. Barr got to make that call and chose to obfuscate rather than make it.

I don't know if they were "provable", but based on the language used in the report, Mueller and his team felt they were almost certainly indictable, yes.

I was just noting the obvious change in verbiage - I wonder if he's ever used "clean the swamp" before. Say what you will about Trump, he's usually very "on brand", so this struck me a bit odd. Probably nothing.

Won't happen. Their constituents voted them in to vote with the party. Any deviation is surely a career-ender. It's a bit sad that to see people put career ahead of country but that's the reality we live in. It's also why so many Republicans have opted to not seek reelection this cycle. They don't seem to like what the party has become.
