DDM tuning

Just wanted to let everyone know I purchased a set of ddm d1s bulbs for $50 a pair! They arrived in about a week. Install was straight forward and the lights look fantastic ! I went with 5600k. No codes or error messages. Lights look a lot cleaner and Crisp Imo as well. I'll check back in further down the road but 2 weeks so far and they look great! Really happy with ddm tuning and their prices.

I actually used them to retro fit projectors with hid on my honda cbr and another time to upgrade my lights on my old 350z. I never had any probelms with them. I am thinking of using them for my 135i now.

How are these holding up, pepper? Is the light output actually better than the stock phillips D1S bulbs? Usually upping the temp reduces output, but there are higher output bulbs out there, like the Osram Xenarc 66144CBI, but I'd hate to spend that kind of money on headlight bulbs if I didn't have to.

Sorry just saw this !! They are holding up great and the output is honesty perfect .. From what I remember the 5600k was the middle option but you could go with a cooler color if that's what worries you.

Cooler=less output. I was looking for something in the 5000-5500K range TBH.

Also rediscovered my favorite retrofit HID bulbs, and they make a D1S. Morimoto!

Still undecided whether to replace my stock HID bulbs yet. Thanks for the reply pepper.
