DIY Request Removing the passenger vent cover
Does anyone have any details on how to do this? Specific pry points and directions. Pics would be awesome. I tried getting this off as it is rattling like crazy but I can't remove it I am afraid of braking it. Help please. Thanks in advance.

You mean the vent all the way to the right on the dash? I assume it's the same process to remove as the one on the left. There are detailed postings on here for removing that one, to install the "Euro headlight switch". Search that term.
But, in short, there are 2 ways, and I've used them both. The brute force way is to lift the bottom edge, and pull upwards - hard. But that's a bit scary. So, try the other one. IIRC, it's: - Pull back the rubber molding door seal where the dash meets the door frame. - Pull out the side panel for the dash. It's pretty flexible. Just lift an edge, and pull - it snaps out. - You'll then have a large opening, probably with 2 small openings above that. The 2 spring clips you need to depress are directly behind those 2 openings. You can simply shove a large screwdriver in thru the small holes, and press the spring clips, or you can put your hand thru the large opening, and reach up to press them (tho they're kind of hard to press - very stiff springs). Try gently pulling up on the vent cover, as you release the spring clips. Once you're pressed those 2 spring clips, the vent cover should lift up easily. Good luck with that!
