SOLD!!!!

Good Afternoon everyone,

I am looking to sell my 135is, unfortunately, as I have recently purchased an X5 as a replacement for my daily driver. I have had this car since it had 3060 miles on the clock and now has 34,687 miles. I have had it maintained by BMW every step of the way and have not had problems with the car. It is a blast to drive, and rare to boot. For those of you who may not know, the 135is is a rare vehcile with a production run of only 586 vehicles total. There are significantly less of these than there are 1M's . The differences between the 135is and the standard 135 are subtle, yet they add up to make a spectacular vehicle. These changes include:
  • BMW Performance Pack: 320HP/317 TQ, Increased capacity oil cooler, larger cooling fan
  • BMW Performance Exhaust
  • BMW 313M Style 18" wheels
  • BMW Performance Brakes by Brembo Design
  • BMW Sport Suspension
  • Anthracite Headliner
  • ///M badging on the wheels, door sills, shifter, and steering wheel
This car also has Harmon and Kardon premium sound, adaptive headlights, auto wipers, fully adjustable memory seats, etc. Please refer to the attached vin report for all options. The title is salvage due to odometer being claimed as repaired by insurance during repair from accident.
It is Space Grey Metallic with Terra Cotta leather interior (the only one ever made with this color combo and a six speed). The only modifications I have perfromed are to change out the bridgestone run flat tires to 255 rear and 225 front Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires, and replace the grills with black (I still have the originals).

This car is under BMW Factory Warranty until October 23, 2016 or 50,000 miles.

I can provide a carfax as of 9/30/15 for anyone intersted.

Please let me know of any questions you may have.

Thanks for Looking,
Grant

Damage to driver's side in accident before I took ownership at about 1600 miles. The insurance company who repaired the vehicle self-disclosed that they cannot 100% verify the odometer reading due to inclduing reflashing the ECU. The mileage is correct as reflashing does not alter the odometer, but the insurance company does not know that. That is what caused the branded/salvage title. The mileage is correct. I know this becuase the slavage title didnt appear until after I pruchased the vehicle, so I had my attorney look into the matter to see if there was any thing I could file against the dealer who I bought it from. We have a case, but as it will take many months in federal court, and I am not intersted in gouging the dealer for extra money, I have decided to sell it on the private market.

I have had the vehicle since it had 3060 miles on the clock and it is mechanically fantastic. The only issue I have had in over 30,000 miles had to due with the accesory belt. It, and a mount for the belt, were replaced at about 16,000 miles if I remember correctly.

Let me know if you have more questions as I will elaborate as needed.

Also, if there are any specific pictures or information you would like, let me know and I will take them or get you that information.
