Once the identity is found - PD should be notified and ticket issued for reckless driving. The dealer should be put through the ringer and God forbid ANYONE buy this car for even MSRP only to find this thread? Word has to get out... this is sick. Not surprising in the least however.

I really don't recommend posting more to his YouTube account. He's likely to pull the video down before the General Manager or Service Manager get wind of it.

It's easier if it's still public and on YouTube (I realize someone has saved a copy).

I'd say you should repost in on your YouTube account, but I wonder what kind of legal issues could arise if the dealership wanted to come after someone? I know we have some lawyers in here somwhere...

Agree. Not only should we be reporting this to the dealer and BMW NA, but also the local police.

Someone should also send this video & thread to Jalopnik and Consumerist.

They'll be interested in reporting this.

Wow, top work on uncovering the dealership in question.

I regularly search YouTube for various 1M videos and after coming across this today, I just had to post it.

Hopefully the dealership will make sure that he can never do it again!

And the seat belt is apparently broken as well.

Jalopnik has already reported on the Pacific BMW 1M markup:
