Aftermarket parts HP Autowerks

Hi guys,

Just thinking about doing some cosmetic mods for the 1M, and in particular looking for CF rear spoiler and rear diffuser amongst other things.

I like the look of the Slek rear diffuser and the BMW performance CF spoiler and after a fair bit of searching it looks like HP Autowerks have both.

Have any members here bought items from them? Just want to make sure they are professional and reliable with delivery etc before I drop a fair amount dough.

Thanks in advance!

You are better off posting this in the Australian forum..
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=245

At least then you will get a better response in reference to overseas deliveries..

And by the way, I have used them in the past, with no problems.

I use hpa quite a lot. Youre best off getting the items sentto afteight forwarder like shipito as youll save about 70% on shipping. Otherwise harold is awesome and has answered about 100 of my emails before i committed to various upgrades

As an other overseas client who owns a 1M, I can't recall or wish for a better buying experience than the ones that I had with Harold from HP Autowerks.

HPA is a very reputable retailer.

But if you want CF and are in Australia, consider revozport.

I have bought from HP Autoworks a multiple times before. I don't live in AUS but I did get Ohlin coilovers, Swift springs, Vorshlag camber plates, M3 front tension rods and wishbones, M3 front anti roll bar, and I think my Apex wheels all from Harold at HPAutoworks. Great guy that has a 1M coupe and used to have a 135i. He knows more about our cars than most of the vendors and he is very active on the forum. I am now trying to get some braking stuff from him. I highly recommend him, just never add up how much money you have sent his way.

Never had to deal with overseas shipping but HP Autowerks is probably one of the best vendors when it comes to BMW aftermarket parts, I've bought anything from a Quaife diff to something small as Swift thrust sheets.

Harold is the best vendor I've dealt with when buying stuff for this car. Shipping will be a killer though.

Looks good! I'll see how prices compare… there's a local distributor office around Melbourne.

Shipping really isnt that bad so long as you freight forward through shipito. If you pay the hpa shipping price then yes, killer
