Victor Reinz/Aftermarket gaskets vs OEM BMW?
Hey guys,
I'm gathering the supplies to DIY some walnut blasting on my N54 and I'm about to buy intake manifold gaskets and throttle body gasket. I also plan to replace my oil filter housing gasket as preventative maintenance and also my oil cooler gasket because it is seeping a small amount of oil at 70k miles. Is it worth bucking up for the OEM BMW gaskets for these locations, or will an aftermarket supplier like Victor Reinz or Elring (about half the price) work just as well? Thanks!

I ended up just placing an order for OEM gaskets. Would still like to hear about people's experience with non-OEM gaskets though.
