Drivers side door not closing....wtf

You know when you open the door to your 135 and the window rolls down slightly then goes up once you shut the door? Well, mine is not doing that. When i close the door the window stays up and does not seal because the window slides up into a little groove. The only way to get a proper seal is to open the window, open the door, close the the door, close the window. Then the only way to have the door shut when im leaving my car is to leave the window down about a 1/8 inch. Window motor seems fine, but when i have the door open and roll the window up all the way something does not sound right when it gets to be fully closed. Has anyone every ran into this problem or heard of this happening?

Yes - it has been discussed before, you have to re-initialize the window - I believe you roll the window all the way down, then roll it back up and hold the up button for 30 seconds - or something like that - it is described on an earlier post.
