Oil leak smoke engine top bay smoke upwards no oil leak bottom

drive oil temp hits about 115 120 celsius

Smoke begins to emerge upwards from the bonnet/hood close to right hand side closeish to right wiper blade area

Any ideas is it valve cover
Taken some pics i found some oil under the intake in a little metal tray thing

For what it's worth it makes a lot of sense that it's oil from the valve cover dripping onto a hot exhaust. And, our valve cover gaskets don't have the best reputation.
