Incredible, so is it FRP from mold of 1M panel? Guess you'd need every piece of that insane cross bracing in there after removing the metal rear body.
yep

this fiberglass panel have a lot of stiffness .
by the way, this oem panel bends like piece of paper when we've removed it from lathing. it has no such stiffness, like you think.

Rear quarters look perfect. How do you attach it to the car? Some sort of glue? What is your plan to extend the fender well?

yes, we will use glue for this.
inner arch? we have no time for ordering this (it will takes another month or more), so we will modify our old arches.
in future, i have an idea to order oem 1m inner arches and make same fiberglass copy of it.

You should consider making metal copies of the 1M Aches as well if its not too late. They would sell very well considering the OEM 1M panels are starting to rise substantially in cost due to all the conversions taking place.

What is the weight difference between original metal fender and FRP ones? Fronts will also be made from FRP?

Wish it was still blue. But AW is more appropriate for a true track car

yep, we've chosen white color with the same thoughts - white is more universal, like base color, for using with vinyl for example

rear arches and wheels.

i remember about trick with e81/e9x hubs, so i've went and searched, how 1m hub looks like, and if i compared it correct, it's very similar (offset) with e81/e9x.
so, we've turned our hubs on 10 millimeters and bought new bearings and rotors.

some pics with new hubs config

2-2.2 degrees camber and even on this height tyres didn't touch inner arches.

and how it will looks like on static height.

door components in progress

engine went into it's place to test all mounts, pipes wiring etc

some work inside - fire extinguisher system etc

and, our custom lightweight flywheel
