F8X M2 M3 M4 rear subframe swap

If this was a direct swap into the E8x/e9x cars, (is it?) would it be better than the e9x M3 rear subframe/suspension/differential?

I have not measured, but don't think it will mount to the E8x/E9x cars. If you look at pictures of them side-by-side, you can see that the F8x rear subframe has a lot more structural reinforcements. The front diff mounts on E8x/E9x cars are a known failure point, which were clearly redesigned for F8x. The F8x rear subframe also solid mounts to the chassis from the factory. The F8x rear subframe is definitely stronger, but probably weighs more.
