Same story, if there is a passenger. But still minor, and fortunately only a slight tapping sound. I do have minor rattles in the B pillars on both sides when traversing rougher road surfaces that have developed quite quickly after taking ownership, and hammering the car into submission on many a spirited jaunt. A 'loosening up' so to speak of bits and bobs. All acceptable

I didnt do it. And im still running strong at 67K. The car still feels new.

Except for the suspension. The shocks and bushings have defensively aged. The whole car is starting to feel squishy and floaty in corners.

Thats the plan when I get back from my sabbatical in London next summer. I already started this past summer. Threw on an E93 front sway and 245 tires at all 4 corners.

Do 245's fit the fronts without rubbing, or did you have to improvise somehow? What wheels are you using?

Im on 245/40 R17 Star Specs on 17x8 et 40 OZ Ultras at all 4 corners.

Short answer. I had to trim a tab in the front fenderwell.

Long answer, If you were using normal tires (like Michelin PSS) and not square shouldered tires it would fit perfectly. Thats how close it is. I could also prob fix it with less than a degree of negative camber. But I dont feel like swapping camber plates until I pull the shocks.

Rear is fine. But not aggressive enough to match the fronts IMO. Im putting spacers on next year to even out the stance.

yes sir. i've also been through something like 5-6 full sets of tires. i was just giving this as an example of a meticulously-maintained low mileage car that sees substantial use.
