UUC Sway Bar Experience

I had purchased the 19mm UUC rear sway bar through a parts distributor, but received a 16mm bar and 19mm bushings. After a painful return experience I purchased this product again directly from UUC and received the same thing, 16mm bar and 19mm bushings. Their website description is a 2-hole adjustable sway bar with bushing guides for side to side alignment... Not at all what I have received twice.

Has anyone had any experience similar to this with UUC? I was on a wait-list for ~4 months with the 20mm H&R Sway Bar. Does anyone else sell a 19 or 20mm rear sway bar?
