The performance intake you have pictured is for a naturally aspirated E82, not the N54. It won't fit an N54 car.

If there was one, how much would you pay for it? I'm tinkering with the idea of designing my own...

I have fitted the ARMA and ECS carbon fiber boxes, ECS is probably the best option out there with dual filters (one per turbo).

Best real cold air intake for the N54 is the Dinan. I wouldn’t pay the price for a new one but they come up for sale from time to time. I bought mine used for $250 a few years back. I saw one recently for $400.
The ssk is excellent , I managed to pick one of those up used a few years ago too.
