Exhaust Flap remote Open/Close

Bimmerlink will now open/close/auto the exhaust flap!! No more unplugging hoses or golf tie modding!

Unplug, cap, remove the anchor and put on a lightweight rear section.

For the money, does it do much more than that? I was looking through the 'features' list and it looked like a lot of money for an exhaust flap actuator. haha

There's no point to having this thing be on / off since it's extremely quiet either way. Just leave it open 100% of the time via mechanical disable.

Depends on your mods, mine is not quiet when open. Great to have it instantly close on long trips, close on cold start ups, and open when going through a tunnel in sport mode with PPK. Worth it for me!!! For the cost of a dinner out

Have you used the app for anything else on the car?

It will also show error codes, I haven't tried anything else. I originally purchased it and bimmercode for my M and found out later that both apps will now work on the 135i.

Ah. I was hoping it would be able to code stuff in/out like the DSC/Traction. Things like that.

With the valve function. Are there three settings? Open/Close/Auto?
