Grey/white smoke on cold start

Granted it is freezing here, noticed my car smoke a lot on cold start. It goes away after like 20 minutes. Wondering if this is condensation form overnight, or starting to have turbo seals go bad. Idle is fine on cold start car not shaking, just dumping smoke.

Probably water vapor, happens to everyone on a cold morning when the car is also cold.

You could actually have a problem but do keep in mind some vapor (which can look like white smoke) can be completely normal and mean nothing at all.
