Looking for 135i or 135is with manual transmission with N54 engine. Located in Southern California but willing to travel. Any color but looking for something closer to stock

I have a 2010 135i in Orange County. Manual transmission, I just bought it from New York. 98k miles on it with an N54.

It runs great, but it will need work, at least that’s what my friend who’s a mechanic told me. The exterior and interior are great, but that’s not where you’ll be investing. Let me know if you’re interested.
