2011 135i Steering Wheel Vibration When Turning Right > 60mph

Hello all,

I have a 2011 135i thats developed an interesting tic. The car is silky smooth at all speeds, until I turn right above ~60 mph at which point I get a moderate vibration through the steering wheel. Previous owner installed M3 control arms and sway bars, coilovers and it's running Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

I'll be taking it in to my shop to check the basics later today or tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with a similar issue before I jump headfirst into the rabbit hole.

Update for the archive, ended up being a worn ball joint on the lower control arm
