bmw 128i 2008 Headlight Bulb Issue

for my 2008 bmw 128i I need help with my headlight bulb is still good but it wont turn on do they use fuse or relay can someone help locate them

The attached shows where the fuses are located. There should be a card with the fuse box showing location, size and function of each fuse.

The bulbs are cheap. Even if it looked good I would try another one before I took everything out of the glovebox and moved it out of the way to access the fuses. I just bought a couple from Rock Auto for about $3 each - $10 delivered.

Im missing card with the fuse box showing location, size and function of each fuse. if there a use for headlight and if does can someone help me locate them please

Grab a digital multimeter and keep measuring until you find the spot where you don't see 12V anymore.
