Really? No updates last night? I mean, do businesses really think that ignoring their customers is a good thing? There is no excuse for leaving everyone hanging. At least provide some sort of update, even if things didn't go as planned.

Reelaxx..everything is fine...i mean they posted pics of the fully done front lip..and i have not yet been charged.

Still, it does seem a bit fishy that they have not posted or responded in a few days, especially when they are going to process a huge order (over $30K).

Hey eveyone.

Just a quick update until we post installed pics of the lip tonight.

NO ONE will be billed (now or ever) until we have delivered as promised. Not a single card has been or will be processed until about 48 hrs after we post the pics of the lip, installed, tonight. That way everyone has a chance to add the lip to the order, modify their order, whatever you guys need to do. It took a little longer than expected to get around to getting the pics taken care of. Reason being we had to take videos while installing the lip and this took WAY longer than expected.

Another update, all lips will come pre-taped with 3M heavy duty tape and pre-drilled (with hardware) to simplify installation.

Pics look great!

As requested, we extended all the coupon codes (they had expired) until Sunday at 11:59 – but that WILL be the last time these coupons will be available to use.

PM’s will be answered now as well, we were out of town for the majority of the week and playing catch-up hasn’t been easy. Remember, although sometimes we aren’t on the forums much, that means we’re busy working and getting everything organized and creating new products for you guys!

We’re going to assign a new person to position of “Forum Rep”. That way we can have better communication with all of you guys on the forum. Its been 5 minutes since the update, no pictures yet? I just e-mailed a minute ago no response... if you guys don't respond I will have to cancel my order .... Seems fishey that we have not received a response in a minute or less.... lol .....

Thanks for finally uploading the pics of the lip. The fit and finish looks spot on. Now I know exactly what mine will look like because I have Alpine White too... I can't wait!!

These pics have definitely lived up to my expectations, you should try and see if you can still get on board. I ordered the diffuser, lip and mirror caps. I'll post pics when everything is installed, I can't contain my excitement!!
