A manual car typically (on a dyno tune) will do over 225wtq (over 235wtq with the MILVs installed)

Youíll want to look at a better exhaust system (the 135i muffler is barely an upgrade) a better intake (You said youíre looking at the Eurobox - which is fine) and deleting the secondaries, getting a better Y pipe in place of the stock piece.

Even after all of this, I expect 260-270whp at the most, and thatís me being generous.
INteresting, I thought it was a manual car. It may have been an e90 330i with manual. Ill try to verify with BPC.

The N55 135i exhaust system will be a full stainless system with a muffler and resonator, letting me delete secondaries and have a cleaner flow. My current exhaust is not the best, as the shop that did it did shitty work lol.

Fingers crossed on power, bob was saying we could pickup 25whp from the e85 and another 20whp from the MILVS, add the full exhaust with secondaries and a better flowing airbox, we shall see.

Still have some parts collecting to do

It could have just been a 330I with just a tune.

I can tell you I made 246whp/216wtq on a off the shelf BPC tune - that was before the MILVs.

In terms of the exhaust, If you can grab the 135i stuff - fine, but the SS mid pipes into Vibrant Y pipe/Resonator and Muffler of your choice would be fine. I have a Borla XS and a Vibrant Ultra Quiet I plan to put on my exhaust here soon.

I managed to get 234 hp at the wheels with just a tune, everything is stock on the engine and i found out that the intake boot connection between the air box filter and the intake manifold was loose and there was a leak.

In August i will get the car dynoed again from the same place, it was 254hp at the flywheel as well, you can also see two big dips and how fuzzy the chart looks, not smooth but i know there was an air leak, could had caused that.

No, that is completely normal. Those dips are caused by the disa valves in the intake manifold. Healthy numbers - if you donít plan on doing headers, a good intake and exhaust - and @cobramarty MILVs will give another 10whp+ on top of that.

The tuners in Germany are completely ignoring the 125i, they are focusing a bit more on the E87 130i, even then the last gen 1 series is getting very little support here. Sure the German forums are great, but real performance is the 135i, 1M or any of the E9x models.

I can get a used 3 stage intake np, but finding someone to tune it for my car is impossible (virtually).

You should consider a US based Tuner. I know Bpc has done some cars overseas.

I will, BPC offer that "plug and play" tune, will contact them.

Rather silly but hey, welcome to Germany.

Without more mods and/or a dyno tune, Iím not sure there is more to be gained honestly.

A lot of people on forums are saying, just a software update and forget about the engine with regards to the 125i.

The 130i, to my knowledge, is a "better" platform in terms of brakes and suspension (the E87 3/5 door ones).

I believe the difference is the intake and exhaust and the gains will be minimal, unlike the US 128i versions (the amount of info is confusing the crap out of me honestly).

As i said, i will dyno the car again since i found a leak/bad connection between the airbox and intake manifold and i do feel a bit more power, better idle and response.

After that, we shall see, i really would like M3 front upper/lower arms, sway bars, RSB, LSD, wheels and seats. So yeah, big list but one step at a time first

Between the 125i and 130i, the engines and DME are identical. What are your goals, what are you trying to accomplish. If I were you, a good exhaust (yes, it restrictive, nice muffler will do wonders) intake (silicone elbow and high flow filter) and MILVs would be enough for almost 244whp (STD correction) which is 10 or more than you have now, not to mention as much as 15wtq!

My goal is to keep things simple, make it a fun a livable daily with some oomph on the track.

For now, i think the sway bars will be the biggest "bang for buck" upgrade, but that rear bar is a PITA and probably do the RSB and diff all together.

The M3 front arms, i mean if they only bring in more camber, i can do without them, since the KW installer knocked out the pin on the V3s and i'm running -1.7 up front.

Power wise, i am at 234 with a leaky intake, so i could be 238 at the wheels, we shall see next month.

But i really do not wish to mess around too much right now, still trying to move and get a new job.

Well...another set of DISA valves failed...went with Genuine BMW this time instead of the Vaico brand that ECS furnishes with the 3 Stage Manifold kit.

Anyway, we are back up on power...I pick it up at BPC tomorrow...

This has been a rather frustrating and expensive experience with 2 sets of valves failing in relatively short order.

You can see the power gains from the restored 3 Stage manifold on the dyno sheet...
