BMW X1 F48 2017 iDrive stuck on bootloader

Hi all!

I have a problem with the iDrive of my car. Lately it restarts by itself, sometimes when starting the car, sometimes while driving, totally random. The other day while I was trying to re-register one of the car keys that ran out of battery, I think I cut the ignition while it was restarting and the iDrive remained blocked as in the attached picture. Do you think that something can be done or is it necessary to replace the unit?

Just for information, the issue was fixed at dealer's workshop with full software update
