2011 N55 having Strange miss-fires TONS of codes

Started with COBB OTS Stage 2+
Ran fine, albeit not with enough power.
Got PTF e-tune, and was getting POPPING misfires, they sent me another tune and now i get BLACK smoke with Pulsating miss-fires no popping.

Car goes into limp mode, feels like it continues to misfire at idle and then dies.
Pulled the following codes, none of which seem to be for misfires!

P2EFE
P2F01
P2F04
P2EE0
P2EEA
P2EF4
P2F02
P2EED
P2EFF
P2F03
P2EE4
P2EF1

Plugs and Coils replaced 10K miles ago
Anyone have any insight? Only happens when I go full throttle, and doesn't happen every time.

I am not sure about the codes but I had a similar issue with my previous car...GTI (DI turbo just like the 135i) and what fixed it was a walnut blast of the valves. It only happened when I had the tune on and when accelerating hard...so high boost situations. Not sure if that is your issue but wanted to throw it out there.

Walnut blast was done with the plug/coil change. I saw another thread with a few of the same codes they said it was injectors. Strange though since its blowing THICK black smoke when it misfires, would seem its running too rich. I could be way off.

Update, switched back to Cobb OTS map, car runs perfectly fine. Going to follow up with PTF see what they say.

Maybe there's something PTF is pushing that's causing the issues. Very frustrating

Is the PTF tune for pump gas or for E85? PTF has never been able to get E85 to work. Also, do you run an aftermarket intake? On flash tunes intakes can cause issues on high boost maps.

PTF does some great work on the N54 platform, but I have never been a fan of them tuning N55s. There are a few guys on here that have reliable pump gas flashes from them though.

It's a 91oct map for California. And I do have an aftermarket intake. I've tried both the burger tuning and injen.
I've had the Cobb OTS map running the past few days with ZERO issues. Every time I run a log '3rd gear pull from 2000K' nothing happens. It's always when the car is low rpm and still in D or S

who at PTF is doing your tune? do you have any logs uploaded on datazap or that you can attach?

my car had major issues with the bms intake on stock, cobb, or ptf tunes. now running injen intake and no issues. but your car is running good with a different tune so it's probably not the intake.
