My JB4, Kidney Grills, Carbon fiber mirror covers all came in, just need the mail room to open up, and need my usb to arrive. LED's will be ordered sometime soon, might just save it all up for a fun day of installs.

For kidney grills I use a scribe tool
looks like the photo attached...works like a champ, especially the right angle part.
I can send it MPS if you need it.

You can go to any Hornbach or OBI or BauMarkt and buy one of those picks as well.

I know Hornbach (German hardware store, or even an OBI or Practica) sells them. ~8 euros. IF you have a Knoll (German autoparts store near you) or Stahlgroup or Thrust store they would probably have them too.

As for the grills, you can pull them out without any special tools. Just be careful that you don't cut the crap out of your hand like I did.

Just picked up the car after having tie DP installed. Wow, even with the stock exhaust it's loud. I removed the golf tee mod and it's just about perfect for me.
She idled a little rough at first and died once but it seems to be evening out. Tomorrow I'll get up early and go for a drive when traffic is lighter.

Please take videos of the sound!
Really curious how it is. Ive been looking into all sorts of different combos for exhaust. Right now im leaning to BMS or AR DP and either stock axel back or the Maddad whisper. Thanks for doing all the mods i want to do, now i can pick your brain about what is best :-D |

It's getting louder the more I drive it. Cold start-ups are considerably louder, so loud that it has occurred to me that I should check to be sure the vacuum line for the flapper hasn't worked itself loose. I'll try to get a video of a cold start away from home as my garage walls really amplify the sound.

Between a visit from my dad last week and class all this week I've been crazy busy. I'll have updates soon I hope.
Spoiler alert: it's been a bumpy road to upgrade town...
