Beautiful car. Depends on what you want out of it. That's a rare car that I would be hesitant to mod to the moon. I'd say refresh the suspension as needed, for sure look into RSFB (Rear subframe bushings, massive upgrade on these cars) and some basic engine bolt ons with a mile tune and enjoy the hell out of it.

yep. what all these guys said. I was buying and doing random stuff. If I was to do it again, I would start with a plan. And, I would sort the suspension 1st.

First, replace the rear subframe bushings with M3 bushings. You’ll love it as both ends of the car will stop at the same time and cornering becomes more predictable. Next, ditch the run-flat tires. I’ve run my Michelin Pilot Sports for 12 years without any issues. If it’s still available, get a mild tune such as the BMW level 1 flash. You’ll love the new burble sound.
