from chrome to black trim??

I have an SGM 135 and I bought the shadowline grill and I am getting my wheels powder coated this weekend low gloss black...

I did NOT however get the shadowline window trim when I bought the car and although I think with the above mods it still will look good (since I have the BMW perf. exhaust with the chrome tips that would still match the trim) I am also considering going the shadowline color with the window trim....

Has anyone re-painted thier chrome trim to match the shadowline trim or totally replaced it with shadowline trim...

Any idea how much this would run in either case? Or have had issues with this?

Thanks!

Off topic but I kinda like the chrome...im not sure why BMW demands that black trim come with the sports package. The 3er coupe has chrome trim, sport package or not.

Doubtful...It could prob be covered in vinyl without being taken off though.

Yes, a paintshop could paint the chrom trim without taking it off. They just better be DAMN good at taping and not letting the paint run.
