Family says we need 4 door car; My hot rod is for sale

As so many of you know who have followed my mods (and I appreciate the positive responses) I put everything but the kitchen sink into this car. It is a wonderful vehicle, but I have to replace it with a more (ugh) practical car (family pressures).

So its for sale: There is greater than $30K in performance and visual enhancement/modifications to this car (listed below). I am willing to let the entire vehicle go as is (with all the below items, including both sets of wheels and tires) for $39K. Mileage is 14K on this 2008 vehicle (I have had it for 21 months). Have never had one issue with the car. It is fast, very fast. There are NO dings, dents, scratches, chips, etc. the windshield has NO pits or chips. If you do not want both wheels/tires I will adjust the price to $36K.

I am having the roll bar removed, and rear seats re-installed this week.

If seriously interested, please PM me.

Thanks also to Dinan Engineering, Kartoyz, Tirerack, **********s, and Dell Autobody for turning my vision into reality.

Mods to Date:

1. Hartge body kit: urethane molded into into front bumper and trunk lid, rear difuser, custom front intake mesh screens. $5K
2. BMW performance side skirts: custom vents added. $1.5K
3. Hartge 4 tip exhaust (powder coated black tips), mid pipe silencer removed. $3K
4. Wheels. OZ superleg. III 3-piece, custom offset: 20 X 8.5 front, 20 X 10 rear. NO rub, and surprising good ride characterization. (everyone said that 10's in the back would not fit, they do). $3.5K
5. Tires: Pirelli P-Zero Nero, 235/30/20 front, 285/25/20 rear (completely fills the rear less than 3mm clearance inside and out, but no rub). I will admit to having the inside of fenders trimmed professionally. $2K
6. BMW performance carbon fiber mirror covers and
BMW performance black kidney grills $1K
8. Roof: painted BMW brilliant black. $1.5K
9. front lights: grey tint covers from **********s
10. clear armor, everything. $1.2K
11. rear lights and brake lights: paint lite smoke tint
12. Dinan: stage 2 ECU remap. awesome performance gains. $2.2K
13. AST coilover suspension, model #5100: springs rate 450 front and rear. Additional drop of 3/8 in rear, and 1/4 in front. $2.5K
14. BR Racing Roll Bar. $1.2K
15. X5 White LED Angel Eyes, from Mod Bargains. $.4K
16. ASR cold intake (powder coated white to match eng. bay) by BR Racing. $1.2K
17. custom forged (21-22 lbs ea.) wheels from kartoyz:
20 X 10 rear, 285/250/20
20 X 10 front, 235/30/20
powder coated black
new Pirelli tires P-zeros: 235 X 3020 front, 285 X 25/20 rear. $6K

Respect!

Nice ride dude

Personally, I would have gone with 19s max unless I was going with a step lip like the LMs but congrats on getting so much wheel under those fenders. How's the ride on the AST suspension?

Wow. Amazing how you got those wheels and tyres to squeeze in, well done.

Did you get the fenders trimmed both front and rear? I'm still amazed

How do you like the suspension? My 5200's are on order and I'm doing 400# front 800# rear with M3 swaybars. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I like the AST suspension. I am still changing/adjusting the ride rebound settings to try to find the optimized street ride. The adjustments are fairly easy to get to.

The car's corning performance has definitely improved (much less sway and bounce, corners flat in the turns with little body roll.

Freak!!!! You spoiled it for the rest of us!!!
I'm gonna look silly now with my LeMans blue with M Sport pack and 18" OEM...

Looking at the wheels and other mods, I guess you just doubled the value of your 1...?
Congrats man, best 1 coupe I've seen so far...
