Winter Tire Dilemna

Recently had a friend offer me:
4 slightly used blizzaks 225/45/17 and 4 MB Alpina 17x8, +38offset
$400

I currently have stock M-Sport rims with 255/35/18 and 225/40/18 ( I believe) Contintental DWS tires I put on at 21,000 miles.
M-Sport rims currently have some curb rash from previous owner.

Car is currently at 25,000 miles.

Before the blizzaks came up, my plan was:
Try to run a square 225 setup in the winter of blizzaks off the M-Sports and when winter was over, buy new rims and use the DWS.

Now my dilemna is:
Will the blizzaks and Alpina rims fit a 135? and if so, I would go with the blizzaks on Alpina rims for winter tires and keep my currently mounted DWS for the summer.

Advice?
