Rear Ended - 1M (Rep) Rear Bumper?

Hey guys, sorry for posting in here but there seems to be more traffic in this section and I am really looking for opinions.

Recently I was rear ended and was looking to benefit from this situation by having a 1M replica rear bumper as a replacement.

Was looking into these two:

Anyone have any thoughts on these or any experience with either of them?

I will also be doing a custom quad axle back exhaust to complete the look.

Since the replica is fitted for a 135i I will not have to worry about the wide body extensions.
