Castrol Edge EU 0w-40 $26 from Walmart.

I tried Mobil 1 European car formula 0-40 and would not use it again. I was mislead by the incorrect data sheets and specs that people had shared for it on various sites like BITOG. Per Mobile 1, the ECF has the same stats as mobile 1 FS 0w-40 which is thinner and not as robust of an oil as the Castrol Edge EU. Both are typically found on the same shelf for the same low price so there is no reason not to buy the Edge.

Change every 5k for piece of mind. 7K max on a beat car. 10K is perfectly fine though if all you do is put around on the highway to work.
