Changing from 18' to 19' wheels problems

Now i have a VMR810 19" 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear on my car
Running 225/35/19 front RunFlat and 255/30/19 rear runflat

Running in a high speed at 80miles feels not stable as before with the stock.
And i HATE runflat makes the ride so uncomfortable and bumpy.

Solving this problem do i need to get lower spring for stable? IF YES, which lower spring are good?

If i can make the choose again, i will buy 18'' wheels

It's not the wheels, or the suspension, it's the tires. You have a very hard tire, with a very short sidewall, on a larger diameter wheel. The impact forgiveness is nil. In addition, your tires are new and aren't worn in yet, so they will be greasy. Since they are RFTs, they have a better than average chance of having worse traction in general which is only compounding the problem.

If you want to lower the car, do it properly. Don't just put lowering springs on.

Depends on what your symptoms are honestly. When you say it feels unstable, that could mean any number of things.

Dampers and springs together, relatively well matched in valving or custom valved, or adjustable like Koni Yellows, or a good set of coilovers.

The stock suspension is way under-damped from the factory. Adding lowering springs with a higher spring rate will only make that worse.

What he said.

Plus real tires. Michelin PSS are popular and recommended.
