does anyone have any idea if these will fit my 1 series without any issues? I haven't rolled the arches and would like to avoid doing so.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Garage List
Those should be a nice aggressive fit. I'd avoid tires that run wide (Michelin PS4S, etc) my first set just to be sure. 215 or 225 fr, 255 r is what I'd chose.

agreed - it will be an aggressive fit and should be ok on stock suspension but watch out if loaded or on big bumps. Stick with narrow shoulder tires, you might be ok.

For reference, I had to roll the rear fenders near the bumper when running 8.5" ET52 with a 10mm spacer (making it ET42) with 255 rubber (not extra wide, just "normal" width rubber). This was when lowered by 10mm beyond sport suspension (Bilstein B12 kit).

Just realized I forgot to state I had a 10mm spacer, so effectively it was ET42 on a 8.5" wheel. Slight rubs on dips with a 255 width rear.
