Garage List
Say it ain't so! Followed this build on the sidelines and without a doubt one of the top track and weekend toys on this forum.

We had a family addition in late 2019 and try as I could the track bug is still there - adding a 99' Miata to build and keep budget LOW.

Say, did you experience knock back on the stoptechs? I got back from a track day with my new trophy kit and I have to 'prime' the pedal on long straights now. I don't mind it but wish I didn't have to incorporate that extra step. I guess I ought to pick up left foot braking now that I'm there.

Knockback can be accentuated with worn wheel bearings. Also depends on how fresh your pads are, rotors too.

I never really had bad knockback with my Trophy setup. I did install knockback springs when I refreshed everything recently and the brakes feel even more perfect now. Overall, the Trophy Kit lead me to many problem free records and track days.

The brakes are SO good, though, that you really have to make sure you have no electronics fighting you. I've turned A LOT of shit off through the Pro Tool app.

It's got a fuel-it stage 2 bucket LPFP, upgraded lines with e-content analyzer & bluetooth, brand new OEM HPFP and Index 12's.

The build isn't over! If everything pans out, it'll continue to live on in Europe and you'll catch it running BTG records on the Ring.

Love Autofocus! Larry is producing epic content at the moment.

Congratulations on the feature (from down here in Australia). Your car looked amazing on those Fikses. Good to divert Larry’s attention away from the JDM stuff for a change.

We just had our second baby and I added a 1M to the garage! I don’t have scaffolding in the back though 😂

I'm glad to have found this thread in 2023, as I'm just about to turn my 1M into something similar.

Weight savings seems like will be the most expensive part of the build!
