Help identify noise

Hey 1ers, can you please help figure out this noise. It's a high pitched sound that is coming from engine bay. Occurs in startup and while driving but often goes away when coming to a stop. I also just discovered it also goes away when you press Sport button. I think it may be some kind of leak but I took it to a shop I trust and they had trouble hearing it, but to me it's very loud. Hopefully the video will help, you can hear it at first and then notice it goes away when Sport mode is pressed.

I've had this issue for awhile now, the car drives fine and the belt and idler pulley were replaced recently. Thanks!

Hmmm, this seems new.

Maybe some sort of electrical thing going on somewhere. I'm not sure that pressing the sport button really does anything different mechanically like open an extra valve or put more load on any mechanical piece by just virtue of pressing the button.

My first thought was electrical too, but I've realized the noise is clearing coming from the engine bay and varies with rpm - it's almost always present at speed but frequently disappears at idle/stop. Yeah I always believed the sport button simply changed throttle position mapping and shift points, so it's odd, but it clearly has an affect.

It's just getting annoying, I tuned it out for awhile but lately I'm always focused on it, I've been thinking about moving on from the platform, and would hate for this to be one of the reasons if it was a simple fix.

Charge pipe cracked? It seems to be a common issue and could explain the noise.

Yeah I thought about that, it's got an aftermarket CP (forget the brand) that doesn't have too many miles on it. I felt around and checked the clamps, didn't notice anything but I suppose it could be a very very tiny crack given the noise. Wish I had a good one to swap, could rule that out.
