An F8X brake front and rear conversion has been done by a member of the UK forum. I don't have too many details though unfortunately. He created a rear bracket for the rears to fit.

I'm on full E9xM3 suspension with a custom Ohlins coilover setup by 3DM. Using E82 brembos with a custom caliper bracket on the F8x upright fitted for the E46M3CSL rotor.
