Has anyone noticed that on some of the 135i's in the USA that they come standard with the alloy footrest in their sport pack.
Do we get the footrest here?

I'm not sure that the alloy footrest is std. I remember seeing some post about DIY installation of the footrest.

Looks tacky IMO anyway.

I have PM two of the USA forum members that have this footrest and they thought it was standard.
They never ordered it as an acc.
Kind of Odd..
I have read on some post, that on the M pack 135i in Oz it comes with the M3 footrest.
Now that footrest in the pix is not what is on the current M3.

I think those are Canadian cars you are looking at.
We seem to be getting the "M" dead pedal instead of the engraving on the start/stop ring.

Well...I dont think the Oz cars are getting the engraving on the start/stop ring either.
So maybe, we are getting the M Footrest (dead pedal) in the Oz cars.

Were the 1-series hatches released in Canada - is that why you don't get the engraving? I would have thought the Canadian 1's would have the same options etc as USA.

No hatch in Canada. This is year 1 of 1 for us as well.
Our friends to the south get some special marketing that we don't get.

As far as I know, we are not getting the engraved start/stop button, and only getting the standar footrest, By the way, do you know if we order the aluminium pedals we will also get the footrest on aluminium or not that?
