That part in the picture is actually not the bulb, the bulb is behind that little plastic diamond piece. It looks pretty cool in person. I also couldn't find silver replacement bulbs to get rid of the amber glow from the bulb, so i found some high temp metallic spray and sprayed my bulb. When the parking lights are on it illuminates amber. When off it is nice and clean looking.

can you point me towards a DIY for removing the headlight first of all? front bumper need to come off?

Nice job! I would really like to see some more detailed photos. Espcially of the taking apart of the lenes. I am also curious IF you will have any condensation problems in the future.
