Thanks man! The closer I am to actually finishing the wrap the more I am falling in love with it!! Just can't wait to see the finished product! The wait for parts is just the hold up! I call the dealer almost every day lol

When you say frozen, is it because it’s in Canada?

no no, I like where you are coming from though lol.
I've been calling it my "frozen 135i" due to my overall goal with this car. As of right now I am wrapping the car in satin dark metallic grey, which is very similar to BMW's "frozen dark grey" matte/satin paint job that is on the BMW M4 GTS. I am only wrapping it temporarily. Next winter I plan on doing the rear quarter panels on the car, after they are done the car is going for a full oem spec paint job in frozen dark grey!

Finally got some time today to do the rear bumper. Took me a couple of hours but the outcome was worth it!

Thanks man! Time and patience are really your best friend. Also learning how the wrap self heals/Shrinks definitely helps too!

MORE PROGRESS!!
my bumper came in last week. Finally got around to picking it up, relocating the horns as per TUN3D DIY. Deleting the headlight washers and at last, mounting the front bumper. I still have to install all of the duct work but it is on right now for wrapping. Words don't describe how ecstatic I am to finally get this thing on the road!

Looks awesome man. Love your choice in wheels too!
Was there any particularly tricky area of wrapping the E82? The entire car seems pretty easy/straightforward, except for the front bumper air ducts |

Front bumper is definitely the hardest. I spent close to 4 hours on it, I think there is 6 inlays total. All in the air ducts. I also found the roof to be particularly hard only due to the fact that I did it by myself. It definitely helps to have another set of hands!

The Bumper is a wrap.. Pun intended
Took the longest amount of time so far. A total of 4 hours plus inlay time. Would probably never do one again haha. Wheels are the only thing holding me up to get it on the road! Will be here next week Have performance grilles and ducts on order.

I am definitely impressed with it. I never had thought it would turn out this good, but I would say compared to a professional job it's about 95% there. I used more inlays than someone of a higher caliber would and I am not happy with how the roof turned out. I will get it redone professionally.

This looks insanely good!
Kudos! I would never trust myself to do that job and expect it to turn out well.

Thanks! Yea I was very sceptical at first. Probably watched over 100 hours of YouTube footage lol. Once you understand how the vinyl actually works it's not bad at all.
