I ended up buying the car but am still looking to sell it. I have two prospective buyers line up now but feel free to PM me if interested. I am 0 for 2 so far with interested buyers.

Color: Montego Blue exterior with Black interior with silver trim (inside)

Miles: ~40,300

Warranty: yes, until March of 2012 or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). All service has been performed by Midwestern Auto Group with all service covered through warranty period!

Condition: excellent (only issue is cosmetic - curb rash on one wheel) and a couple small rock chips.

Title: clean

Reason for Selling: coming off lease and wanted to avoid turn-in fees. I bought an old M3 that I could track and don't need two cars. Selling to you for my buy-out price. Price is firm at $24,250.

Features: Sport Package, heated seats, Premium Hi-Fi Stereo, iPod Adapter. Will throw in set of rubber floor mats, BT scan cable, oil filter tool, and "Year of the One" commemorative book. Car is completely stock with exception of 35% window tint. Wheels have newer snow tires on them now.

Perfect example of why I prefer the leatherette interior. At 38k+ miles, your seats still look brand new and, from the pics, have zero signs of wear.

Bump for a nice car at a fair price!

No Bluetooth or Nav.

I think I have this car sold. Will know for sure on Friday and if not, I have a couple others interested. I didn't turn it in. It wasn't worth getting screwed over for all the little fees. I will post up the sold sign when I know for sure. Thanks guys.
