Wow. You would really be "happier" if they get less business? That will make your life better how? I have dealt with these guys over the last 8 years. 5 cars total have they been involved with of mine, my fiace's, and my mother's. The only thing I have ever had a problem with is them getting parts from manufacturers when they tell VIVID they are in stock (looking at you iCarbon). Outside of that, Dan and his staff (sales, service, and finance) have always been great.

And FWIW, you going to a bunch of forums and ranting about them not nly makes you look like an obsessive tool, it also won't stop them from moving $2 million of inventory a month. Also, please name one company that you have worked with that didn't have one problem. My guess is you can't, or you're lying to justify your actions. Go ahead and flame away, it won't bother me.

So what's your solution NFIDDY? He grins and bears it? He has every reason to take the stance he has been.

By this point there should have been a refund or SOMETHING to make things right. The entire situation is a mess. As a previous poster said, the true test of the company is not selling something in stock, but handling the situations that become a mess.

11bbb compliants? damn Im sorry NFIDDY but thats far too many IMO. I'm glad they worked out for you but as a consumer I don't want to be even near the same situation as the OP and so a post like this will def help me decide who I should and shouldnt purchase from.

Trust me going on every forum is what I did and will do. I could honestly careless about you or vivid. Dan is a piece of shit, and that is the nicest way I could describe him.

No where on here has he suggested that he wanted his money back. Just blasting VIVID and talking junk. I could care less WTF he does. I was just pointing out to him that libel against Dan and VIVID won't change what happens and MANY other posters have stated that they have had nothing but great experiences with them.

If and when that sorta stuff happens to me as a consumer, I just go strating to my financial institution, and dispute the charges. Which is what I am doing with another vendor right now.

I get that. That's the beauty of the country we live in I guess. There are worse companies than VIVID. Some are vendors on here. #DONE

Go read Vivid reviews on a Subaru forum, nothing but bad reviews, from a lot of people. One time Dan even PM'd me to harass me for talking poorly about their shop and suggesting that someone shop somewhere else.

Back when I had my Subie it was pretty much common knowledge to stay the hell away from these guys.
