Its a new TSW wheel the carthage, they are E46 offsets but run with factory tires they are flush with the fenders and very minimal rubbing even being lowered. The spoke inserts are milled/machined which is a nice touch, they come in black also but I wanted to keep it simple.

looks great and much better than the overdone V-series wheels. Do you know how strong these rims are? I hear TSW's are easy to bend.
