Worst Customer Service Cp-e Never Buy Stuff!!!

So the gloves are off now!!

CP-E customer service is Shit!! The company is junk! In my last topic (Mike and Terry!!! N54tuning!!) I was being nice about it but after getting off the phone a second time it's boxing time.

CP-E has a item sheet with parts included. Someone checks and stamps to make sure too. Its just to make you feel warm and fussy!! Someone up at CP-G forgot to put a vacuum cap and clamp for my charge pipe. Yes I know, I could use duct tape or something but why? $550 part and duct tape??

So instead of sending the small cap and clamp ASAP to fix THERE mistake CP-E decided to save a buck and shipped it UPS ground. So I can't use my car for a whole week. Not next day or two day even. Hell thur USPS a two or three day letter would have been under $10.00. The owner I believe said no way. So $20 who cares in that case.

In the end, this "guy" at CP-E said this is over and hung up on me.
Way to take care of your customers. There voice message even says something like "Customer service is there top priority!" ha ha ha Right!

Good Luck if you want to use CP-E. Hopefully they don't forget a bolt or something you need ASAP because your car will be on jack stands waiting on UPS ground to get to your part to your place.

Thank you!! I am still trying to figure why CP-E would send it UPS ground and keep my car parked for a week with a mistake from them. To save $10 doll hairs. Cheap!!

that's to bad about your experience with CP-E. Mine was just the opposite. I had there Full TBE,BOV,Downpipe with high flow cat,BOV,on my last ride and found there bolt-ons as good as any and they warrantied these items for the life of the car under my ownership as well as well as a warranty on the cat if it ever throws a CEL..Which mine did 2 years later and they fixed mine and sent it back like brand new. They used to have a GREAT customer service fella there named Jordan(who drives a 135i) and CP-E used his car for there templates for there bolt-ons. Jordan was really really good with people...But i have heard he has left there and is now out in Ca...doing hydropoincs on ///// But anyone not ordering CP-E products should not let 1 bad issue that we only heard one side of the story on, determine if you buy from them...We all have bad day's and maybe in retrospect they screwed up dealing with Jesse....but CP-E Bolt-ons are really good stuff!!

Did they make a mistake? Sure, it happens. Did you check to make sure all of the parts were in the box before touching the car to insure you wouldnt have down time? nope...

I cant really be too mad at them. Everyone makes mistakes, they shipped out the missing part to you, and anyone who mods their cars should expect some type of downtime of some sort "in-case" something comes up.

Get over it, move on, and next time check the box. it sucks for everyone. some of us have been through it before and know every company has an off day. they made it right, you dont want to accept it.
