This will fit any E82/E9X if an LSD unit intended for automatic transmission E82/E9X is used with the matching automatic E82/E9X output shafts. All E82/E9X diffs have the same dimensions when bolting to the subframe. This F30 diff has the same mounting when using the E82/E9X diff cover. The F30 diff cover may be the same but I have not been able to confirm.

HP Autosport is a great source for the LSD unit.
