"OEM" Aftermarket Nav
I've been searching but haven't found anyone that has actually installed one. If anyone has can you please post any sort of review?

Is this actually made for the 1 series? Looks like the one in my 3 series and the manufacturer that i have (Dynavin) makes a completely different model for the 1er so i would imagine that its not this easy to do...

This is made specifically for the 1 series, and the picture shown is the model that was made for automatic air conditioning.

Hmm okay. Guess i just dont understand why they would spend the extra money on R&D for a completely different system than the E9X if they couldve just used a similar mold for an E8X platform.

I think the actual nav unit (the top part) is the same, but the bottom frame that houses the a/c controls is specific for the 1.
